    The waiting period is 3 years with a 10% down payment up to 7 years.

  • Buying after a Deed-In-Lieu-Of Foreclosure

    The waiting period is 2 years with a 20% down payment , 4 years with a 10% down payment up to 7 years.

    The waiting period is 2 years with a 10% down payment.
